                6:00 - 08:00 am  Swim
                12:00 - 12:45 pm  Indoor cycling

Thursday
                5:00 pm   Running  (moderate distance and pace, trail or road)
                6:00 - 7:00 pm  Indoor cycling

Friday
                6:00 - 08:00 am  Swim
                12:00 - 12:45 pm  Indoor cycling

Saturday
                9:00 - 10:30 am  Indoor cycling

Sunday
                9:30 0am Running (Long slow distance)

All indoor cycling sessions are done upstairs in the indoor cycling room at the Greenwood F&S Center.  They are given by C.O.R.E qualified indoor cycling instructors.  For more information about those sessions, contact Eric Plante at the gym.

For running, we meet at TAN coffee in Greenwood.  We usually have a few people that go even if it rains a bit.

The swimming is done at the indoor pool at the Greenwood F&S Center.
